Official Opening by the Mayor of Waipa at the Lake in the corporate
tent 6-8pm
All welcome some Beer / Wine and nibbles provided.
To all Competitors KARAPIRO EVENT:
Their will be a get together Thursday night at the Masonic Hotel
in Duke street Cambridge from 4pm onwards , Entertainment from
4-7pm, Bistro Meals available great prices, $5.00 Drinks (Tap
Beers, Cruisers, double nip wood stocks) Their will be a Taxi
Van to pick you up and drop you off from the Lake if you are
staying out their so you don’t have to drink and drive (Small
cost). Pick up will start at 4pm.
Friday night:
Meet n Greet at the Lake in Corporate tent 6-8pm please attend
in Team Uniforms, sponsors the Waipa District Council Mayor
and Councilors will be present. Happy two hours , nibbles provided.
(Compulsory attendance for World GP Teams)
Saturday night:
Prize Giving for the Nationals Round Two, BBQ meals available,
Band, Kick off at 6.00pm
Sunday night:
Prize Giving for the GP Worlds, AE Baker, Des Geddes, Matt Morrison
Memorial, Class racing, BBQ meals available, Band, Kick off
half hour after the last race. Yeah right! Well we will do our
best.
